Sorry, we do not ship to Alaska, Canada, PR, or Hawaii.

Your purchase will show as a payment to "Security Mall" on your credit card statement. If you are uncomfortable ordering online, please EMAIL US with your phone number and we will be happy to have an authorized customer service representative call you and take your credit card info over the phone. We will send you an immediate detailed receipt with all transaction numbers. All private information is shredded as soon as the transaction is complete and we NEVER share information with third parties.

Because some of our items are very heavy and oversized, the shippers charge us extra for delivery. We try to offer low S&H rates by paying any shipping cost over the flat-rate for you.

Insurance is included on most products. While almost all items arrive in perfect condition, occasionally one will get bumped around in transit. Please try to inspect your item when it is delivered, if you notice any damage, please refuse delivery and notify us right away. It is much easier for everyone concerned if you find damage BEFORE taking possession.

If you find damage after accepting delivery, please notify us right away with pictures of the damage. Also, please keep all packing materials, especially the box it came in as the shipper will want to inspect the shipping box. Some shippers will not pay if it cannot be proven they were at fault. We will do everything we can to help you with this process.

If you decide AFTER receiving your item that it is not what you want and you would like a refund, we have to abide by the manufacturer's return policies. As with all purchases made online, you are responsible for return postage and the manufacturer will not reimburse any shipping costs.

Items MUST be returned in the original box and all parts and packaging must be present. No returns will be accepted without an RA# "return authorization number," so please notify us right away for this number. Once the manufacturer inspects your return, they will issue a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. Returned items must not show signs of use or abuse, or the manufacturer will not refund your money.
